Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.

✨ Exchanges & Returns

Because our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event you'd like to exchange your item, please email erin@sparrowandwilde.com or contact me via the shop chat as soon as possible (limit is 14 days after item is delivered).

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item.

We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item.
