At this time, wholesale is only offered in the United States.

To show you wholesale pricing, we need an account created. This allows exclusive pricing and ordering options to be displayed.

Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out and we would be happy to assist.

Cancellations are accepted within one hour of ordering.

Please make sure your address is correct on your order.

• Sparrow and Wilde, LLC is not liable for lost orders due to an incorrect shipping address.

1. Product Warranty

1.1 Merchantable Quality

Sparrow and Wilde, LLC warrants that all goods provided are of merchantable quality and fit for their ordinary intended purposes.

1.2 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, alteration, or negligence.

1.3 Post‑Delivery Disclaimer

Sparrow and Wilde, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the sale of products once delivered. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the marketability and sales of the products after delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

2.2 Delivery Delays

Sparrow & Wilde is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

2.3 Additional Shipping Charges

Sparrow & Wilde is not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred after the order has been dispatched, including carrier surcharges, address correction fees, return‑to‑sender fees, or redelivery costs. Any additional fees assessed by the carrier are the Buyer’s responsibility.

3. Licensing & Intellectual Property

3.1 Design & Trademark Protection

All Sparrow & Wilde products—designs, artwork, logos, trademarks, and related materials—are protected under their respective licensing agreements and intellectual property laws. All trademarks associated with Sparrow & Wilde and its licensed properties remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and may not be used without written permission.

3.2 Restrictions on Use

Retailers may not reproduce, alter, or create derivative works of any designs.

3.3 Marketplace Restrictions

Sales on third‑party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, etc.) are not permitted unless approved in writing.

4. Barcoding & Tagging

4.1 Standard Orders

Barcoding and retail tagging are not included for standard wholesale orders.

4.2 Availability

These services are available only for orders of 144+ units of a single apparel item.

5. Payment & Net Terms

5.1 Due Date Requirements

Payment is due in full on the exact due date stated on the invoice.

5.2 Late Fees

Late payments incur a 10% late fee per day on the total order value until the balance is paid in full.

5.3 Net 30 Privileges

Late payment will result in removal of the Net 30 payment term option. Sparrow & Wilde reserves the right to remove wholesale privileges from any account.

6. Communication Consent

By creating a wholesale account, customer agrees to receive emails from Sparrow & Wilde regarding wholesale updates, order information, product availability, and program communications.

7. Agreement to Terms

Placing a wholesale order indicates agreement to all terms listed in this document. Sparrow & Wilde reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
