Exchange & Return Policy
Because our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only.
In the event you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please email sparrowandwilde@gmail.com, or contact me via the shop chat, as soon as possible (limit is 14 days after item is delivered). Please include your order number for reference.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item.
We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Please message me via the shop chat, or email sparrowandwilde@gmail.com, as soon as possible for a cancellation.
My order shows delivered, but I have not received it.
I can review having a replacement sent if items are lost, however before I do so, please check with your local post office.
They will be able to verify the coordinates of where the package was delivered. This will help let me know if it was delivered to a neighbor, misdelivered, etc.
My package shows as "in transit" for multiple days.
For US deliveries, it can take up to 5 business days for updates to appear within the tracking. In some cases, the carrier skips the initial sorting hub to cut delivery times, but the package is moving through the network and tends to update by the time it reaches the local post office, at which point delivery is about 1–2 days away.
I ordered multiple items, but only one arrived.
All item types ship separately (ex. shirts ship separately from sweatshirts, which ship separately from stickers, etc.).
You will receive multiple packages and corresponding tracking numbers. Your order status will include all tracking numbers. If any items are missing or not included in the tracking number listing, please reach out to me!
Shipping Timing
Please refer to the item's individual listing for details on timing.
When your item is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Projected arrival times are estimates as we do not have control over the postal service, however we will do our best to assist if a package is delayed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sparrow and Wilde cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.
Incorrect Address/Address Change Requests
Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price.
Please make sure your address is correct when you check out. We are unable to change the shipping address once you have placed your order as a protective policy. Please double check your address is correct, as we will send the package to that address. If you need to change the address, please send us a message within 1 hour of purchase.
International Shipping
Items will be shipped First Class and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on location. Sparrow and Wilde cannot be held responsible for delayed shipping time because of customs issues. It is also important to know if your country has a VAT import tax -- if so, your post office may charge you an additional fee to pick up your item. This is fully out of our control and each buyer is individually responsible for paying these costs.
